In order to enrich the cultural life of employees, strengthen internal communication within the MUST company, and enhance collective cohesion and teamwork spirit, comprehensively summarize the work in the first half year of 2022, and clarify the strategic deployment of various work tasks in the second half year. From August 6th to August 7th, MUST held the 2022 mid-year work conference and outdoor team building activities in Huizhou.
August 6th, on this sunny morning, everyone was excited and ready to go, and the one-day outdoor team building activity began.
Under the guidance of the coach, the MUST family members quickly formed four teams with distinct personality and strength, and determined the team slogan and team signature moves, and elected the captain. Then each team took turns to show their demeanor. The slogan resounded over the event, making the event site boil.
With reasonable division of labor, effective planning, and strong execution capabilities of each team, all four teams successfully completed the training of each project. Through team PK, scoring and evaluation, the lagging teams face the punishment, allowing everyone to experience the situation and empathize with them, making the game closer to reality, which is also more realistic for MUST marketing center sales.
Finally, we end the full and happy day in a joyful beach show. Everyone feels happy and meaningful.
On August 7, MUST’s first half year summary meeting in 2022 was successfully be held. Wu Zhanghua, the CEO of MUST, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, various departments made a comprehensive report on the progress of the work in the first half of the year, the completion of the target tasks, the unfinished work and the existing problems. All departments work closely around the company’s annual goals and tasks, unite as one, work hard, and persevere.
